Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Part-Time Site Operative to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting the UK Armed Forces. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll help maintain our Training Estate facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and welcoming for those who stay and train with us. No previous experience is required – just a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved. Shifts run between: 08:00 - 12:00 from Monday to Friday (Potential to work daily hours between 0700 - 1700)

Hours of work: 20 per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Powys, LD3 8PN

Main Responsibilities:

  • Completing accommodation handovers and handbacks, including inventory checks
  • Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
  • Stock management tasks

Additional duties:

  • Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including shower and ablutions facilities
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the camp to ensure it's fit for purpose
  • Carry out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Assisting with any additional tasks required to support the smooth running of the site

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Customer service focused with good communication skills
  • Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
  • Ability to complete documentation accurately
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
  • Reliable, practical and forward thinking

  • Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
