The role involves a variety of maintenance, repair and inspection tasks for buildings, assets and equipment, supporting the smooth operation of the Training Estate.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to buildings, assets and equipment
- Conduct inspections to ensure safety, compliance and operational readiness
- Deliver work to Training Estate Support Contract (TESC) standards, including asset care and stock management
- Follow all Health and Safety regulations
