Landmarc Support Services is seeking a motivated Facilities Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a group of operatives dedicated to the upkeep and maintenance of the Training Estate facilities. Typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a Facilities Management industry or leading a high-performing team in a similar environment. Shifts run between: 07:00 - 22:30 from Monday to Sunday. Hours of work: 37 per week. Contract: Permanent. Location: Castlelaw Ranges, Easter Howgate, Penicuik, Scotland, EH26 0PB.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead team members in duties and performance.
  • Play an active role - a good deal of your time will be split between working alongside your team as well as supporting the Site supervisor with the administration of the site.
  • Undertake/oversee daily cleaning duties within facilities blocks ensuring relevant paperwork is updated.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensuring materials and supplies are managed efficiently.
  • Carry out ground maintenance tasks.
  • Operate and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct general estate maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
