We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (B&CE) to join our dynamic Maintenance team. If you\’re passionate about delivering top-tier estate maintenance and supporting a skilled team, this could be your next big move.

- Shifts: 08:00 – 16:30 from Monday to Thursday. Friday 08:00 – 16:00
- Hours of work: 37 per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS
- Interviews to be held between: Wednesday 3rd – Thursday 4th September
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate all site maintenance requirements with the Maintenance Manager
- To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose in accordance with the allocation and ensure compliance.
- Manage maintenance activities via internal systems (advanced Excel skills needed)
- Liaise with stakeholders for effective maintenance delivery
- Oversee reactive and planned and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring contractors and technicians are following correct Health & Safety
- To complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems.
- Writing reports on building inspections
- To carry out additional works in response to additional contract requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong health and safety knowledge (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Knowledge in Manual Handling, CDM and safe systems of work
- Knowledge of built estate management
- Team leadership ability
- Clear communicator with clients
- Knowledge of workload scheduling and work order processes, preferably in a multi- tasking environment
- A valid Manual UK driving licence is essential to carry out the duties of this role
