Landmarc is a leading provider of integrated training and sustainable infrastructure solutions to the UK Ministry of Defence. We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of billable works and services, ensuring high quality delivery today while shaping the development of future programmes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the project team, driving high quality delivery across all billable works and services.
  • Oversee programme delivery, ensuring resources, timelines, and outputs stay on track.
  • Create clear programme overviews and work closely with the client to align priorities.
  • Manage the Billable Works Register, ensuring accuracy and asset condition visibility.
  • Develop compliant, costed project options in partnership with the client.
  • Oversee project design and delivery, ensuring full CDM compliance.
  • Manage programme wide risk, including Risk Registers and Master Data Assumptions.
  • Engage stakeholders and maintain statutory and organisational compliance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong knowledge of CDM, Contractor Management, Safe Systems of Work, and ideally NEBOSH Construction.
  • Experience in project planning within a complex or multi-tasking environment.
  • A Level 4 Project Management qualification (NVQ/HNC, MSP, APMP or equivalent).
  • Understanding of building services and statutory regulations.
  • Confident IT skills, ideally including MS Project and Asite.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

About the Company

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi‐million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
