Overview
Landmarc have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Manager to play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our South East region. This is a hands-on, high impact role supporting our maintenance teams, improving technical processes, and ensuring we meet all statutory and contractual requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate technical issues, produce clear reports, and provide expert guidance to maintenance managers.
- Review and enhance existing processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and auditable records that meet all legal and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with regional managers to maintain continuous compliance and high quality service delivery.
- Maintain and update the Asbestos Register, monitor water temperature profiles, and manage actions arising from Legionella Risk Assessments.
- Prepare for and host authority inspections and audits from Authorising Engineers.
- Ensure robust and suitable RAMS are in place for all relevant activities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a technical or building services management role within facilities management or a related environment.
- Working knowledge of Asbestos, Legionella, DSEAR, Gas, Electrical, Petroleum, and Fire safety regulations.
- Ability to drive and travel across the South East, with occasional wider UK travel.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and its application in FM.
- Confidence in developing asset management strategies, even in evolving or uncertain operational environments.
