At Landmarc, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional service to both our internal teams and our customer. Main Responsibilities
- Processing work orders accurately and efficiently
- Capturing and inputting data into internal systems
- Uploading and managing key documents
- Taking clear and concise notes during meetings
- Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Providing administrative support to management
- Supporting the day to day running of operations and liaising with the facilities team
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation
- Assisting with KPI tracking and reporting for site operations, maintenance, and accommodation services
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong office and administration skills
- Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software tools
- Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf systems
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in note taking or minute taking
- UK Driving licence essential due to rural location

About the Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
