Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Site Operative who takes pride in creating safe, clean and well‑maintained environments. The role supports the UK's Armed Forces while they train.

Role Details

  • Shifts: 08:00 – 12:00, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Castlemartin Camp, Pembroke, SA71 5EB

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain site cleanliness to ensure all areas are safe and fit for purpose
  • Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and shower facilities
  • Carry out sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and other general cleaning tasks
  • Assist with general building maintenance, basic grounds maintenance, stock level management and inventory documentation
  • Complete documentation using IT and paper‑based systems as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
