Landmarc is looking for a strategic, technically strong leader to take ownership of the built estate across our region. If you thrive on compliance, assurance, and leading high-performing technical teams, this role puts you at the centre of estate safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Lead:
- A multidisciplinary team: Technical Support Manager, Building Surveyor, Technical Support Administrator & Authorised Persons.
- Regional compliance for CDM, DSEAR, Fuel, Fire, Electrical, Gas, FGas, Legionella and Asbestos Assurance activities, AP coverage, asset data accuracy, and monthly compliance reporting.
- Technical interpretation of the Training Estate Support Contract, ensuring the right works are delivered by the right teams.
- Stakeholder engagement with the Employer, Contract Support Office, statutory bodies and wider estate users.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the Responsible Person for Legionella & Asbestos.
- Maintain and oversee key estate plans (IEMP, AMP, LMP).
- Provide technical advice, review works, and drive consistency, efficiency, and best practice.
- Support audits, investigations, training, and regional management activities.
- Attend regular client, employer and team meetings to advise on building services and regulations and provide updates of the regional position.
What You Bring:
- Essential: Level 5 qualification in Business/People Management or Built Estate Management (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of building services, statutory regulations, H&S, and asset management systems.
- Experience managing technical teams and delivering compliance across complex estates.
- Confident communicator with strong planning, analysis, and stakeholder skills.
- Knowledge of tenanted estate, listed buildings, reservoirs and dams.
- Desirable: P405 Asbestos Management, Level 3 Legionella Control (Responsible Person), NEBOSH General Certificate, Knowledge of SFG20 and JSPs.
