Salary: Up to £54,115.86

Plus: £500 monthly car allowance

Are you a dynamic and motivated Project Manager looking for a unique opportunity? Landmarc is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. We specialise in delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Defence Training Estate, playing a vital role in boosting military training capability through infrastructure delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and steer a portfolio of construction, civils and M&E projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects.
  • Oversee project design, planning, and execution.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies for necessary approvals and permits.
  • Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Work across a range of multi‑disciplinary environments including Conservation Sites (CSF/SSSI), military training ranges, and forestry settings, ensuring projects are delivered sensitively and in line with environmental and operational requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds an HNC or equivalent in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • Has a proven background managing construction or hard FM projects, ideally with exposure to multi‑disciplinary environments such as protected habitats, range infrastructure, or forestry works.
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is proficient in IT tools, including MS Project.
  • Holds a valid UK Driving Licence (Essential).
