Responsibilities
- Lead and support facilities teams and supervisors, allocating work and monitoring performance.
- Ensure facilities are available and compliant through inspections, planning and oversight of PPM and reactive tasks.
- Manage accommodation, waste, stores, grounds maintenance and cleaning services.
- Liaise with customers, Employer representatives and technical specialists.
- Manage contractors and oversee handover and take back of facilities.
- Complete risk assessments, method statements and required documentation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and added value.
Qualifications
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge (COSHH, risk assessments, safe systems of work - IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent).
- Experience managing facilities, services or estates in an operational environment.
- Strong communication, organisation and workforce planning skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contractors and multiple priorities.
- Confident IT skills.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass BPSS security clearance.
- 5 years UK residency.
