Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Qualified Solicitor to join our expanding team in Radlett. The successful candidate preferably will have landlord and tenant experience (not essential) must be able to draft witness statements, replies to defences, defences to counterclaims, deal with directions questionnaires and draft proceedings.. The role will involve working on-site with other team members in a supportive and collaborative environment. All work is on behalf of Erfolg Solicitors who will supervise and are on the court record.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with preferably litigation experience
- Experience in landlord and tenant law preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal matters to clients in clear and concise terms
- The ability to manage a high volume caseload with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and maintaining ethical standards
- Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to providing quality and professional services to our clients
- All litigation is through Erfolg Solicitors.
