Role Description
We are recruiting a Property Sales Manager for a full‑time, hybrid role based in Manchester, with flexibility for remote working.
You will be responsible for managing property sales and investor relationships, overseeing the sales pipeline from appraisal through to completion. The role involves working closely with landlords and investors to structure deals, negotiate terms, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the process.
You will also stay informed on market activity and provide strategic input to help maximise opportunities for both landlords and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales and investor relationships
- Conduct property appraisals and valuations
- Negotiate deal terms and progress transactions
- Prepare and coordinate contracts and sales documentation
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and identify investment opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or portfolio management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills
- Good understanding of property markets and investment analysis
- Experience coordinating property transactions and legal documentation
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools (preferably Alto and HubSpot)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
