Job purpose

The Training & Webinar Facilitator will support the delivery of LAS training and accreditation programmes for those working in Scotland’s Private Rented Sector. This role is central to ensuring smooth and professional facilitation of online training webinars, consistent formatting of presentation materials, and effective coordination with trainers and stakeholders. The postholder will also be responsible for post-session administration and data handling, contributing to the wider training and accreditation function which supports landlords, letting agents, and sector professionals in meeting regulatory and professional development standards.

About you

We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, organisation, and creativity to our virtual training sessions and webinars. In this role, you’ll be the person who makes everything run smoothly — from coordinating with trainers and managing timelines to keeping presentations polished and engaging. You will have previous experience in online presenting and facilitation in Zoom and you’ll use your strong communication skills to connect with people and make sure every session feels welcoming and professional. After the event, you’ll manage the data, using tools like Excel, and our LMS/CRM platform ARLO to uncover insights and help us make each experience even better.

You could be relatively new to this type of work or have a few years of experience. The important thing is that you will be detail-oriented, thrive on juggling multiple projects, and take pride in delivering and presenting top-quality online events. If this is you, we’d love to hear from you.

About the team

You will be joining a small but very busy team of dedicated professionals, so you will be part of a supportive environment where everyone pitches in and makes an impact. The role is based in Scotland and while most of the work can be done remotely, there are occasional team meetings and sector events that the team attends.

Hours: This is a full-time, permanent role for 35 hours per week.

Salary: £24,479 – £26,390 dependant on experience.

Annual Leave: 36 days
