Responsibilities:- Ensure our products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and certification requirements across EMEA and global markets
- Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert, guiding engineering teams during product design and development
- Develop and execute compliance strategies for complex, safety‑critical utility products
- Lead certification processes with external labs, regulatory agencies, and notified bodies
- Support documentation, testing, approvals, and market access activities
- Contribute to the development of new processes, best practices, and governance frameworks as the EMEA organisation prepares for independence
