The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

General project work in all phases from concept up to detailed construction drawings, preparation of documentation and any other project materials under supervision of a team leader. Monitor work progress to ensure project development is according to design and time schedules. Prepare and communicate design intent by computer generated or hand drawings within or outside office. Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Attend project / technical / consultant and / or other coordination meetings. Supervise, guide and advise Landscape Technicians working on the project. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the team leader.

Job Requirements

  • A motivated and hardworking individual with good attitude who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Individual with excellence in design and willingness to work hard and takes initiative to complete given tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Excellent academic performance as demonstrated by awards, for example, Dean’s List, Prizes, Commendations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Vectorworks, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other computer-aided drafting and design software.
  • Good hand drawing skill and sketching ability.
  • Evidence of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Landscape Architecture program and University.
