We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of software solutions that enhance the value of our POS devices, including SoftPOS, digital receipt, DCC and more. This role works closely with our strategic partners, R&D team and regional business stakeholders to shape product direction, ensure delivery quality, and support go-to-market success.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze product requirements from customers, regional teams, and leadership.
  • Manage and prioritize the product requirements in collaboration with partners, R&D and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create and maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation, specifications, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, R&D on UX, UI and technical solution design; facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor product development progress and communicate status and risks to leadership.
  • Support RFI/RFP responses and pre-sales customer inquiries.
  • Provide product training and contribute to marketing and enablement materials.
  • Support customer demos, deployment planning and industrial events.
  • Partner with R&D and Operations teams to investigate and resolve field issues, ensuring product quality and service continuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence, with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in payments, POS solutions, digital receipt, SoftPOS, TMS, MDM, merchant support, SaaS billing and subscription management systems is a plus.
  • Experience with agentic AI technologies is a plus.
