Beschreibung: Der Landesverein für Innere Mission im Schleswig-Holstein bietet professionelle Begleitung, Behandlung und Pflege für Menschen aller Altersgruppen mit psychischen Störungen, Suchtverhalten oder Behinderung. Der aktuelle Bedarf erfordert kompetente Fachkräfte zur Behandlung von akut und chronisch erkrankten Patienten.
Aufgaben:
- Psychotherapeutische Betreuung auf den Akutstationen und in der iPIA
- Eigenverantwortliche Behandlung der Ihnen anvertrauten Patienten
- Aktive Mitwirkung an interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen
- Teilnahme und Mitgestaltung des Fortbildungscurriculums für Weiterzubildende
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Schwerpunkte „Akut“ und „iPIA“ im multiprofessionellen Team
Qualifikationen:
- Approbation als psychologischer Psychotherapeut (VT) (m/w/d) oder in weit fortgeschrittener Weiterbildung
- Hohes Interesse und Engagement für die Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen im Akutbereich
- Evidenzbasierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Integrations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
- Selbstständige Arbeitsfähigkeit
