My client is a well-established national company with over 200 stores across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead various stores across greater London

The Role
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Full P&L responsibility
- Leading, managing, and developing a large in-store team
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
- Driving local marketing initiatives
- Monitoring and responding to competitor activity
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
