Job Description
My client is a well-established national company with over 200 stores across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Store/Venue Manager to lead one of their high performing stores in Wrexham

The Role
As Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Full P&L responsibility
- Leading, managing, and developing a large in-store team
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
- Driving local marketing initiatives
- Monitoring and responding to competitor activity
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
