Salary: £35,000 basic + car allowance + monthly commission + additional benefits

Location: Field-based (North West / Yorkshire)

Our client is a well established FMCG company and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their expanding field sales team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse customer portfolio and build lasting relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across key FMCG brands
  • Introduce new products and grow brand presence at account level
  • Prospect and open new customer accounts with minimum order capabilities
The candidate:
  • 3+ years field sales experience in a recognised FMCG branded environment
  • A proven track record of sales growth and new business wins
  • A self-starter with a sense of urgency, drive, and a 'can-do' attitude
