  • Manage a team of sales support professionals

  • Support the internal sales & customer service for the UK & Internationally

  • Inbound customer and consumer enquiries and questions

  • Arrange staff cover

  • Manage QMS and NCR’s

  • Sales related logistics support

  • Implement improvements for all customer facing interactions

  • Previous experience in either internal sales or customer service management

  • Experience supporting a team of sales support colleagues

  • FMCG experience is highly desirable but is not essential, * Customer Experience

Monday – Thursday – 8.30am – 5pm

Friday – 8.30am – 12.30pm

Up to £45,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
