We’re looking for an Onsite Support Analyst to join the team, supporting the delivery, setup and deployment of IT equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring devices reach the right users and are ready to go, while also supporting asset management, IT administration and day-to-day user queries.

What will you be doing: Onsite Support Analyst
- Delivering and collecting IT devices across multiple onsite locations
- Preparing devices for deployment, including completing builds where required
- Installing and setting up equipment for end users
- Providing a friendly and professional handover experience
- Receiving and organising incoming IT equipment
- Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, collections and returned equipment
- Ensuring IT assets are accurately logged, stored and tracked
- Supporting quarterly inventory counts and asset reconciliation
- Keeping the workshop organised and maintained to a high standard
- Updating ITSM systems with delivery statuses, asset information and user interactions
- Responding to end-user queries relating to device delivery, collection and setup
What are we looking for: Onsite Support Analyst
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and customer-focused, with the confidence to interact with end users face-to-face.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in a role involving the regular delivery or movement of equipment, ideally within an IT or technical environment
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- A confident and approachable customer-service style
- The ability to balance practical, hands‑on responsibilities with accurate administration
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- The ability to travel regularly across multiple onsite locations
