The Role
- 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
- To increaseLandbay’sdirect distribution and overall market share within the networks and clubs
- Reports intoSales & Distribution Director
- Develop andmaintainhighly effective relationships withkey contacts at relevant clubs and networksacting as an ambassador for Landbay
- Conduct quarterly account reviews, to implement and evolve National Account business plans
- Project management, working closely with compliance,productand data where necessary
- Developbusiness plansfor accounts,focusing uponincreasing market share and visibility of Landbay within networks and clubs.
- Work withthe Marketingand the Internal Salesteamstoorganisetargeted brokercampaigns to increasebroker awareness and driveregistrations andevent planning.
- Feedback Information fromnetworks andclubs to enable Landbay loro improveMI,productsand processes.
- Use Looker, Monday, andHubSpottoidentifytrends, planstrategies,and organize campaigns.
- Attend relevant trade shows torepresenttheorganisationalong-side members of the BDM team whererequired
- Attendindustryawards andnetworking events nationally
- Management ofbrokerdata within the internalbrokerdatabase, ensuring that firms who have had authorization changes are checked for correct payment routes or removed
- Assistwith developingLandbay’sproposition by recommending improvements to processes & products
- CreatingPowerPointpresentations to drive the company messaging externally
