Responsibilities
- Reception duties in line with Admin processes for front of house.
- Meet and greet visitors professionally in line with security requirements adhering to signing in/out processes using electronic and manual systems.
- Answer the telephone, dealing with all incoming calls and assisting callers promptly and courteously, transferring calls as required and taking/passing on messages as appropriate.
- Providing administrative support under the direction of the Administration Manager.
- Assist with student record keeping at both sites in line with GDPR, including archive procedure.
- Assist with the Easitrace cashless catering system including printing of ID cards, credit/debit accounts and checking of purchases as required.
- Prepare and send out letters/text messages/ emails as directed.
- Take room bookings via the online room booking system and arrange for any additional request in relation to the bookings.
- Monitor Academy email accounts as directed.
- Coordination and administration of all Educational visits including Duke of Edinburgh.
- Administration of Pupil Premium.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and follow the guidelines set out in the Academy policies.
- Be aware of health and safety with the Academy and how this affects the Admin Team.
- Assist with fire evacuation in line with the Fire Policy.
- Assist with other similar tasks as may be required.
- Effective use of ICT packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel - good keyboard skills.
- Ability to manage costings and finance for Educational Visits.
- Ability to use relevant equipment and resources.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Professional telephone manner.

Qualifications
- Evidence of a successful education.
- Educated with formal qualifications including GCSE (or Level 2 equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language or similar qualifications gained since leaving compulsory education.
- Administration experience.
