Responsibilities

  • Providing reception and administrative support under the direction of the Office Manager
  • Being the first contact/front line in receiving visitors, staff and students to the Academy
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with external and internal calls
  • Assisting with the preparations for Academy events, projects and functions
  • Preparing Academy letters
  • Attending occasional open evenings, prize giving and other Academy events
  • Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality concerning members of staff and students
  • Carrying out responsibilities in line with the Academy's policies, organisation and Health & Safety arrangements
  • Carrying out duties in line with equality and diversity principles, promoting a harmonious working environment
  • Being committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in accordance with the safeguarding policy
