Landau Education and Supported Employment in Telford is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead (DDSL) to join our education team. This role focuses on safeguarding, student wellbeing, attendance, engagement and positive outcomes in a supportive learning environment.
You will work closely with students, families and external agencies, lead on early intervention, provide pastoral support, and help remove barriers to learners' success.
