Are you passionate about safeguarding and supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Pastoral Lead (DDSL) to join our education team in Telford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to promoting student wellbeing, safeguarding, attendance, engagement and positive outcomes.

As our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Working closely with students, families, external agencies and colleagues, you will lead on early intervention, provide pastoral support, manage safeguarding concerns, and help remove barriers that prevent learners from succeeding.

Salary: £21,937 - £23,308 (Term Time Only) 36.5 hours per week
