Within our Development team, we are focused on expanding and strengthening our portfolio of parks across Europe, with a strong growth ambition in the UK. The business development role is a key role in realizing that ambition: identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and securing long‑term partnerships that drive both continuity and profitability.
As a Business Development Manager, you operate at the heart of our growth strategy. You combine business development with relationship management, working across the full lifecycle from building a strong pipeline of prospects to negotiating and closing complex deals. You will be part of a young, ambitious, and close team with a strong sense of ownership, working in an environment that combines a startup mentality with the backing of a large international organization.
What you'll be doing
- Take ownership of developing and expanding our franchise portfolio.
- Focus on generating new opportunities as well as maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
- Identify, analyze, and pursue new franchise park opportunities, with a strong focus on building a robust pipeline (“funnel”) of prospects, maintaining full accountability and ownership throughout.
- Work towards a structured and focused set of deliverables and KPI’s.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial contact and feasibility analysis through to negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Negotiate complex franchise and management contracts, including renewals and extensions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, park owners, and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Support third‑party developers and collaborate with development partners to realize new park opportunities.
- Evaluate current or potential resort real estate value based on capital structure, location, design.
