Position: Director - Commercial Valuation
Salary: Up to £93,000 plus bonus and benefits

We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join our market-leading Commercial Valuation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing valuation projects, leading client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our valuation services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing commercial property valuations
- Leading a team of surveyors and valuation staff
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent)
- Significant experience in commercial property valuation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
