An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Business Transformation Department for a resilient and resourceful ICT GIS Support Officer to support the delivery of GIS and Street Naming and Numbering Services at both Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough Councils.

The ICT GIS Support Officer will:

  • Help to maintain, update and enhance the Corporate Local Land and Property Gazetteer.
  • Provide Geographical Information support in response to customer requests.
  • Maximise the use and integration of corporate spatial data through the promotion of the councils GIS and mapping systems.
  • Work on the daily work programme for the GIS team.
