This role is for a highly organized and proactive HR Project Manager to oversee and manage a law firm's annual global employee survey. This is a short term contract (3 months) outside IR35. Rate depending on experience. Law firm experience advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all survey-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure that survey initiatives align with broader HR strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the HR leadership team and other key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Oversee and manage a law firm's annual global employee survey, ensuring that the survey process is meticulously planned, communicated effectively, and executed seamlessly across all offices worldwide.
