Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum + company car, pension, and bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property acquisitions in the retail sector.
2. Manage client relationships and negotiate terms.
3. Analyze market trends and property values.
4. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Property Management, Surveying, or related field.
2. Experience in property acquisitions or retail sector.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
