About the role

The Sytner Logistics Centre is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Group Sytner Select Sales Administrator to join their team.

As a Group Sytner Select Sales Administrator, you\’ll provide administrative support to our Sytner Select and Sales Management teams by assisting with vehicle pricing, file auditing, trade transfers, and coordinating vehicle transfers within the Sytner Group and across the wider Sytner Select network. You\’ll work closely with our Logistics Management team and other dealership-based teams.

This is an office-based role at our Leighton Buzzard facility, working alongside experienced industry professionals and managers.

About you

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous, along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.

We seek an individual committed to excellent customer service, motivated to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment.

You should be extremely organized, confident, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile. Prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential.

Please note that candidates must have previous administrative experience as a minimum requirement.
