About the role
Rolls-Royce Aftersales Egham is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Aftersales Driver to join our team. As an Aftersales Driver, you should share your passion for our brand and immerse customers in the world of Rolls-Royce.
You will collect and deliver vehicles from customers\’ homes to the dealership and back, providing friendly and attentive service. You will advise customers of estimated arrival times via telephone, contact them with updates, and provide a warm and professional welcome on arrival.
You will ensure high levels of customer service, building genuine rapport with customers to ensure excellent service even if they are not visiting our showroom.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to meet our service standards.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience working with a premium brand or in the automotive industry, though this is not essential. You should have excellent attention to detail for vehicle checks and safety, as well as strong organization skills for planning multiple drops efficiently.
Knowledge of the local area and navigational skills are beneficial. A valid full UK driving license is a minimum requirement.
