Sytner Finance and the Specialist Division have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join the Divisional F&I Team as a Retention & Loyalty Specialist for our six Scottish businesses representing Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Bentley across Glasgow and Edinburgh.
This is a telephone-based role, so the successful candidate must be a self-starter with a proactive approach and strong communication skills with staff and customers at all levels.
Sytner has a proven track record of developing high-caliber individuals, making this role a great platform to launch a career in the Motor Trade or gain entry into the Sales environment. It may suit a university graduate with some customer service experience looking to start in the motor industry.

Minimum requirements include:
- Experience in telephone-based customer retention, customer service, or automotive industry experience in sales or service roles.
- Living in Scotland with the ability to commute daily to either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
