About the role
Harrogate Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team to ensure excellent customer service. You will ensure that customers clearly understand their obligations, acting with integrity and fairness.
Sytner Business Managers work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to provide the highest levels of service to customers.
About you
If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with strong financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
You should have an outstanding work ethic, the ability to lead and inspire colleagues, and drive performance in finance and add-on sales. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives.
Applicants must have Business Manager experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
