About the role
Leicester Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of sales enquiries, developing the sales team, and ensuring customers understand their obligations with integrity and fairness.
Working a flexible schedule, including weekends, to provide excellent customer service.
About you
If you are an experienced Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with strong financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
You should have an outstanding work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire colleagues to exceed their potential and improve finance and add-on performance.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal goals.
Please note that automotive Sales Executive experience is a required threshold for this role.
