Would you like to work for one of the most iconic automotive dealerships in Northamptonshire and probably the closest to the home of British Motorsport? If so, then we have a rare and exciting opportunity as a Business Manager at Porsche Centre Silverstone.

As a Sytner Specialist Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the Finance department by being at the core of sales enquiries and collaborating with the sales team.

You will ensure that every customer clearly understands their obligations, doing so with integrity and fairness.

Working alongside the Management team, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Sales-into-Service (Xchange) and Porsche renewal programmes, seeking out incremental sales and stock acquisition opportunities for the business.

Sytner Business Managers work flexible patterns, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.

About you

If you are already a high-achieving automotive Business Manager, Sales Controller, or Sales Manager with strong financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, inspire colleagues to exceed their potential, and drive finance and add-on performance forward.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.

Applicants must have Business Manager experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement.
