We are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Parts Advisor. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with one of the world\’s most prestigious and technologically advanced car manufacturers.

You will be trained to manage stock and perform all duties of a parts department, helping to maximise the profitability and efficiency of an aftersales team. This will include interaction with the workshop, bodyshop, sales teams, and directly with the public.

All BMW Apprentices attend the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire for their off-the-job training. The BMW programme is regarded as a leader in delivering the ultimate customer experience, with a focus on retail environment and high customer service expectations. The training lasts twelve months, delivered through classroom sessions at the BMW Group Academy UK.

Candidates will follow a nationally recognised diploma in customer service, achieving a level two qualification, including courses for BMW Parts Advisor Certification.

On successful completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship, the qualifications attained will be:

  • IMI Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service Practitioner
  • BMW Parts Advisor Certification

A mentor will oversee your work-based learning, and a BMW representative will visit every 12 weeks to set performance targets and address development needs.

Desired qualifications:

Applicants should have, or be predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A*-C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in:

  • English
  • Maths
  • One other subject
