Role Description
Land Estates Dartford is seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a committed team of one other Property Manager and one Office Administrator, ensuring outstanding service delivery and efficient management of our property portfolio. If you have a solid background in private residential property management and are passionate about excellence, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dartford, Kent for a Property Management Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling landlord/tenant matters, property management linkage, customer service, and lettings operations on a day-to-day basis.

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm
Friday 9am – 5pm

What you\'ll be doing as a Property Management Manager at Land Estates Agents in Dartford
- Managing a team of property managers and administrator
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Overseeing Property inspections
- Overseeing Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns and handing disputes
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory and checkout reports
- Attending court evictions
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at Land Estate Agents in Dartford
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
- Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Develop your team, to advance their careers
- Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
