CIVIL QUALITY ENGINEER Teesside, UK Resident – 5 days per week Start Date: ASAP End Date: TBC Rate: £300 per day Land & Sea Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Quality Engineer to support a major project Carbon Capture project in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a background in oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure or similar major projects. The Role As Civil Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance and inspection activities, ensuring project works meet the required technical, quality and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities will include: * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of project quality requirements * Reviewing quality documentation, inspection records and manufacturing data books * Ensuring works comply with project specifications, procedures and applicable quality standards * Supporting inspection and quality control activities across the project * Identifying quality issues and supporting effective resolution * Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation * Working with project teams, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and achieved * Managing multiple priorities while working independently on site About You We are looking for someone with: * HNC or equivalent technical/quality management qualification, or demonstrable relevant experience * Minimum 5 years' experience in quality and/or inspection roles * Experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure or similar major projects * Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant quality standards * Experience reviewing final manufacturing data books and inspection records * Proficiency with quality management systems/software and Microsoft Office * Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills * The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Project Details Location: Teesside, UK Working Pattern: 5 days per week, resident Start: ASAP Duration: 12 months Rate: £300 per day, all inclusive If you are an experienced Civil Quality Engineer looking for your next project opportunity in Teesside, please get in touch with Philippa at Land & Sea Resources to discuss the role further
