About the Role
Spirit Energy is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor Onshore to join its HSE team based in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate will provide Health, Safety and Environmental support and advice across the organisation, helping to maintain high standards of HSE performance and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. The role is expected to start as soon as possible and will support Spirit Energy's new organisational structure, which is due to go live from 1 October 2026. The contract duration is expected to be two years, aligning with the planned cessation of production of the Morecambe Hub.
Working Arrangements
- A minimum of 4 days per week must be worked from the office.
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are compulsory office days.
- The fourth office day can be either Monday or Friday, depending on the individual’s preference and what is most efficient and effective for the team.
- The office is open 5 days per week for those who prefer to work fully office-based.
