Asset Integrity Compliance & Systems Specialist Location: Barrow-in-Furness Salary: Competitive – DOE Contract: Full Time | Long-Term Opportunity Land and Sea Resources are recruiting on behalf of a leading energy operator for an experienced Asset Integrity Compliance & Systems Specialist to join their team based in Barrow-in-Furness. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asset Integrity professional to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's Asset Integrity Management Framework. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in asset integrity systems, regulatory compliance, Risk Based Inspection (RBI) programmes and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and recognised industry standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and continuously improve the Asset Integrity Management System. * Ensure compliance with UK legislation, industry standards and corporate requirements. * Lead the optimisation and governance of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) programmes. * Manage integrity management systems, inspection databases (IDMS) and SAP interfaces. * Support digital transformation initiatives to improve inspection planning, reporting and asset integrity performance. * Develop and maintain integrity procedures, standards and technical guidance documentation. * Coordinate and approve Integrity Reviews in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. * Produce integrity performance reports, KPIs and dashboards to monitor compliance and programme effectiveness. * Lead Management of Change activities relating to integrity systems, standards and inspection methodologies. * Evaluate and implement emerging inspection technologies, including Non-Invasive Inspection (NII) and digital inspection solutions. * Provide technical guidance and support to engineering, maintenance and operations teams. * Support integrity planning, budgeting and long-term improvement initiatives. * Participate in incident investigations and provide specialist asset integrity advice when required. Candidate Requirements * Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline. * Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status, or working towards professional accreditation, is desirable. * Demonstrable experience within Asset Integrity Management in the oil and gas, energy or process industries. * Strong knowledge of UK offshore integrity legislation, regulatory compliance and recognised industry standards. * Proven experience with Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies. * Experience managing Inspection Data Management Systems (IDMS) and SAP. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering and integrity data. * Experience delivering digital improvement initiatives, system optimisation and process standardisation. * Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
