Due to investment in the pharmacy team, we are excited to announce the position of Senior Pharmacy Assistant β Procurement and Goods In. This role will be involved in helping the pharmacy procurement team achieve best value for medicines purchasing and assisting in supervising the day to day operation of the team. The job is mostly desk/admin based and there will be occasions where you will be supporting the goods in team in the warehouse. No previous experience is necessary and full training will be provided.
You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and demonstrate a desire towards developing our services.

Working under the direct supervision of the Procurement & IT Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will contribute to the running of the Pharnacy Procurement and Goods In team. There will be a particular focus on ensuring best value procurement of medicines, including ensuring systems are set up to buy medicines at pre-negotiated contract prices and working with suppliers to process off contract purchase claims.
