Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking applications for the role of Wholetime Crew Manager.

Applicants:

  • Internal, competent Wholetime Firefighters seeking promotion to Wholetime Crew Manager.
  • Internal, competent On Call Firefighters, Crew Managers and Watch Managers wishing to be considered for appointment as a Wholetime Crew Manager.
  • External, competent Wholetime Firefighters interested in joining Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service as a Wholetime Crew Manager.

High performing candidates who are successful may also be springboarded into the Supervisory Watch Manager Talent Pool.

Requirements:

  • All applicants must hold a current Incident Command ICL1 qualification; those who do not must achieve it by the interview stage.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete the Supervisory Manager Development Programme.
