This is a fulltime, 6 month assignment with the possibility of extension.

Location: Peterborough. For the initial training period (approx. 3 weeks) candidates will be working onsite 5 days per week. After that this will become a hybrid role (3 days per week onsite).

Working hours: Mo-Fri, flexible office hours.

Role Details: In this role you will be supporting the First Fit Planning team in the role of Expeditor. Main tasks include:

  • Validation of shipment plans with Suppliers
  • Maintaining a 5-day rolling shipment plan
  • Supporting with the inbound PO management
  • Tracking shipments into different sites
  • Involvement in Daily / Weekly review meetings

Previous planning experience is not required but candidates with a supply chain or logistics background are preferred. Candidates will need to be highly organized, customer focused and have great attention to detail.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience: 1-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
