Location: General Offices, Waterloo Station Mezzanine Level, Station Approach, London, SE1 8SW - In the office for 3 days per week but flexible travel will be required for the roles and expenses paid.

Contract Length: 12 months

Security Clearance: BPSS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and format delivery-ready assets: decks, workbooks, facilitator guides, handouts, templates
  • Build simulation artefacts: OFFICIAL scenario briefs, data packs, decision cards, role profiles, injects, timers, checklists
  • Maintain design templates, document standards, and brand alignment
  • Manage content versioning and ensure a clear single source of truth
  • Support pilot readiness: print packs (if needed), digital packs, and final QA checks
  • Coordinate with virtual delivery colleagues to prepare online-friendly assets
