This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter to join the People Relations EMEA function and support this arm of the global team primarily focusing on notetaking and assisting with other administrative tasks.

The People Relations team's key role is to undertake workplace investigations and facilitate the resolution of employment-related claims in compliance with local laws, Company policy and Company initiatives. The team works closely and collaboratively with HR, our in-house Legal team and other partners and stakeholders across the business.

The Daily:

  • Supporting the EMEA People Relations team investigators with (contemporaneously typed) notetaking during a variety of investigation related meetings.
  • Complete general administrative duties including managing diaries, submission of expense claims, invoices and scheduling meetings.
  • Work in our case management system (currently CaseIQ) entering relevant information.
