Job Description
Directly supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external resources and equipment technical specialists during on-site installation/construction activities related to the assigned discipline to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of employees in the execution of tasks for an assigned area of responsibility.
- Coordinate appropriate work assignments for the assigned area.
- Typically responsible for performance reviews for team members.
- Site planning, site coordination and monitoring.
- Stakeholder relations, health, safety and environment (HSE) and project security.
- Management of subcontractors and site cost.
- Documentation and records management.
- People leadership and development.
